Courage to Speak Truth Boldly (Stephen)
Text: Acts 7:54–60
Reflection: Stephen boldly proclaimed Christ to a hostile crowd, knowing it could cost his life. Even as he was stoned, he forgave his persecutors, reflecting Christ’s love.
Application: Courage means sharing God’s truth with boldness and love, even when it risks rejection or harm. Speak truth graciously, trusting God with the outcome.
Reflection Question: How can you share God’s truth boldly yet lovingly in your current circumstances?
Prayer: Lord, give me Stephen’s courage to proclaim Your truth with boldness and love, even when it’s costly. Help me forgive those who oppose me. Amen.
Key Verse: “but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect,” (1 Peter 3:15).
