Courage to Worship God Alone (Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego)
Text: Daniel 3:16–18
Reflection: Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to bow to Nebuchadnezzar’s idol, even facing a fiery furnace. They trusted God to deliver them but were willing to die rather than compromise.
Application: Courage means holding to God’s truth when the world demands conformity. Stand firm in your convictions, even when culture pressures you to compromise.
Reflection Question: Where is the world pressuring you to compromise your worship of God, and how can you stand firm?
Prayer: God, like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, help me worship You alone. Give me courage to stand uncompromisingly for Your truth. Amen.
Key Verse: “You shall have no other gods before me.” (Exodus 20:3).
