“And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us…” (John 1:14) “Behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:20)
God didn’t just send an angel to earth. He didn’t send a prophet. He didn’t write a message in the sky. He came Himself—dining with friends, weeping at graves, sleeping in boats, bleeding on a cross. Every ordinary moment of Jesus’ life shouts the same extraordinary truth: God is not watching us from a distance—He moved in next door.
God didn’t just visit planet Earth—He got callouses, splinters, and scars here. Jesus, God in flesh, died on the cross, rose from the dead and suffered for our sins to redeem us to Himself.
Thank you, Lord that you didn’t love me from afar—You loved me close enough to die. Let me never take Your nearness for granted.
