The Body of Christ United
“For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.” (1 Corinthians 12:12)
A renewed church functions as a united body, not a collection of individuals pursuing separate agendas. Paul’s imagery of the Body of Christ reminds us that every member has a role, and harmony comes from serving together for God’s mission. Renewal starts when we set aside personal preferences and work toward a shared purpose, trusting God to knit us together.
Consider how you contribute to your church’s unity. Reach out to someone in your congregation today to encourage or serve alongside them.
